The food is excellent, I had the chicken shawarma. Great customer service. The owner is a wonderful, nice guy. Plenty of seating great atmosphere.
I went during a heat wave and they still showed up with a smile on their face and served beautiful and delicious food. The seating areas are so nice and have shade even during the hottest part of the day! I highly recommend checking this place out!!! Their sign said they're open late on Friday and Saturday until 3am I believe! If you live close don't miss this spot.

Thyme machine food truck is officially open to business ( unlike what google stated temporarily closed) I stopped by today and had chicken shawarma and lamb shawarma sandwiches. Both were delicious. The chicken was moist and had a pleasant hint of spicy taste, the lamb had the right amount of sauce. I will be definitely back to try other item from their menu

Last night, we had dinner here. Even when it was late, the staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the menu. When we received the food, we were amazed by its freshness and incredible taste. I cannot give more stars because Google doesn’t allow.
This is best you’re gonna get when it comes food and service. The lady that was helping us out made it seem like we’ve been friends for our entire lives and treated us like family. On top of that her food was phenomenal. If you ever need a good spot for food this is the spot to check out
Very welcoming owner and staff. Rami made my girlfriend and I feel welcomed and even turned the fire on outside for us because he wanted to make it “romantic” . They also gave us two complimentary juice boxes for our travels, they for sure go the extra mile for their customers. Both the beef and chicken shawarma were the best i’ve ever had in Michigan and I’ll definitely be stopping by again for them. The only downside is that I ordered a side of garlic sauce that wasn’t received. However, It’s such a small inconvenience that I couldn’t fault them for because of their amazing hospitality and great food. I would definitely recommend Thyme Machine Detroit for late night cravings and hanging out with friends.
